Becoming Mr. Parker ATA Mgazine

Commissioned artwork for the Alberta Teachers Association, I was picked up to do a three-page comic covering years of an afro-centric teacher growing up black in the Canadian Prairies. The other piece was to do an editorial illustration covering that teacher's inclusive classrooms where everyone is represented.

This commissioned piece is a selected finalist in the 2022 Showcase Award of the Alberta Magazine Publishers Association.
